-Shipping time: Purchase orders are processed immediately upon receipt of the order on business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping rates and delivery time: The shipping costs of your order will be calculated and displayed at the end of the purchase; For orders over ¢ 35,000, shipping is free. Delays in delivery may occur occasionally.
-Payment and payment confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent with your tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy on most products. Returns in new conditions are eligible for a refund.

Returns must include the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, as well as a copy of the merchandise return authorization issued by Santa Ana Wellness. Only products purchased at www.santanawellness.com are entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the amount of your original purchase price, less shipping costs. Refunds are generally reflected in your card account within 7 business days after receipt of your return by Santa Ana Wellness and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
